Recently we had a customer from South America with a limited budget and a tight schedule. Of course our goal is to satisfy the customer and stay within a quote. We called a few propeller shops and all we received was "lip service". Jim,
  I would like to personally Thank You, for the level of service, which you have provided to Advanced Aircraft Center, Inc. You have always been there for us, when we needed you. Either during the week or even on weekends, you have always showed the utmost professional service. The BEST we have seen of any company we do business with.
Just recently, we had a shipping incident on a propeller. We call you, and you quickly sent a truck, for immediate pick-up. The propeller was returned to us, with in 3 days. NOW THAT SERVICE!!!
